You are experiencing this due to Screen Resolution on the System. In order to have this resolved, please try adjusting (reduce/increase) the resolution of the screen accordingly.
Step1: To change your screen resolution on Windows
Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button → clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization → Clicking Adjust screen resolution. → Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.

Step2: To Zoom IN or Out on PC Browsers using the keyboard on Windows.
